Josh and his team worked some serious magic for us. We found a home in Idaho while living in Washington and needed extra help to view a property remotely. Josh did the extra leg work that was needed as well as FaceTimed with us during a detailed walk through. We ended up buying the home w/o even seeing it in person. Josh made the process so incredibly easy and was tremendously helpful to us during the process of moving from one state to another. We have bought and sold our fair share of homes over the last 40 + years and my experience with the Shackelford Group was one of the best.

It is my pleasure to take a moment in the comfort of OUR NEW HOME to write this review. I am 100% certain were it not for Kade we would still be languishing back in Alabama. He took the time, effort and helpings of patience to take us thru the entire home buying process from start to finish. From finding the perfect house, helping us with lenders, paperwork, appraisals, communication back and forth with other listing agents, etc. he was all over it. If we were starting this entire process all over again we would DEFINITELY start with him. Thanks Kade for making our tiny dream a reality!

We met Kade by chance while in town visiting Boise and made a somewhat impulsive decision to relocate and begin house hunting. We were really in the beginning stages of figuring out what we wanted and Kade did a fantastic job helping us explore our options in the area. We were moving across the country and he was incredibly helpful, positive, and professional through the entire process…. Helping us find movers, showing us around town, introducing us to locals, and staying in touch even after the process was over.
