After their time in the Air Force, Nicole and her family chose to put down roots in the Treasure Valley, and every day confirms it was the perfect decision. Deeply connected to the community, she and her husband stay actively involved in their children’s sports, fostering strong relationships with local families and embracing the sense of togetherness that makes Idaho special.

Josh’s commitment to service began early in life, leading him to serve his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, he continued to serve his community as a law enforcement officer for over eight years. These experiences instilled in him a strong work ethic, integrity, and a deep understanding of the importance of trust—qualities he now brings to every real estate transaction.

With a versatile background in real estate, Josh specializes in everything from single-family homes and investment properties to commercial real estate, developments, and land sales. Kirsten Alvord

For the past 11 years, Kirsten has helped clients navigate the real estate market in Idaho, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.  Many of those clients are relocating to Idaho.  Originally from Central California, Kirsten made the move to Idaho 14 years ago.  She and her husband Jack left all they knew, their family, church and friends, to make the move to Idaho.  Relocating can be so much more than buying a house.  There are emotions that change each day, second guessing, fear, excitement, etc.  and she welcomes the opportunity to talk about the emotional side of making a move as she knows it firsthand.  Kirsten will also be the first to tell you she has no regrets.   

Kirsten owns property and has helped with many land/acreage transactions and has a strong understanding of what goes into buying and selling homes on acreage. She has five years of experience in new home sales, including two years focused specifically on luxury homes. That experience has sharpened her eye for detail and quality—skills she brings to every transaction. Kirsten's experience in recruiting and headhunting prior to real estate taught her the importance of truly listening to people.  She prides herself on finding the right house for her clients and not letting them settle for less than what they really want.

When not working, Kirsten loves spending time with her kids and grand kids, tending to her farm, enjoying the gorgeous state of Idaho on side by side rides with her family and cheering on the Boise State Broncos.  Fun fact, Kirsten is a foodie so her clients are never without a restaurant recommendation, whether it is a local hole-in-the wall, the best gas station hot dogs, or a fine dining restaurant.

Previously an elementary school teacher turned stay-at-home mom, Kaitlin has a diverse background that helps her bring attention to detail, organization, the ability to multitask, and great communication skills to the team.

As the wife of a first responder, she understands the importance of flexibility and helping others, all while keeping family at the forefront of everything she does.  She is committed to ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish, keeping all paperwork organized, in compliance, and filed on time. With so many moving pieces occurring during the real estate process, she is happy to help clients receive the best experience possible.

When she is not helping with your real estate needs, she loves spending time outside with her husband, and 2 kids. She loves going to country concerts in the Treasure Valley, Boise State football games, as well as exploring all that Idaho has to offer. Becoming active within her community is important, as the community here is what made her fall in love with this area!

Before stepping into the world of customer service and real estate, Darla dedicated her time to being a stay-at-home mom. During those years, she mastered the art of managing multiple schedules, handling daily logistics, and—perhaps most importantly—cultivating a warm and welcoming environment for her family. That experience gave her a strong understanding of what truly matters to families when it comes to finding the perfect space.
